In our complex world of employment, which requires ever smarter ways of networking, new competences are being emphasized: Being a manager is no longer seen as a hierarchy-based purpose in itself, but is now an integrated element of an enter-prise’s development.

AS Profiling will initially work with you to define those competences critical for success and to help managers reflect on their strengths and weaknesses regarding their desired positions. The objective here is to get acquainted early on with the requirements that are being set for a certain job, and to initiate development measures accordingly.
