Professional Case Reflection
Professional Case Reflection focuses on specific situations from everyday working life. In a Professional Reflection Group, the case is explored together from different perspectives. This benefits not only the person bringing the case to the group; all participants learn from each other’s experiences.
Team Reflection
In this form of Professional Reflection, the team itself is at the center. Together, the team reflects on collaboration, roles and dynamics, explores different perspectives and develops a deeper mutual understanding.
Typical Professional Reflection Themes:
- Challenging or blockade situations facing the team either internally, or regarding management, working with upper management, guests/clients
- Getting clarity about one’s own role and scope for actions
- Repeating behavioral patterns leading to stress or exhaustion
- Broadening your own resource base
