In 2007, Andrea Schmelzenbach-Schrijner founded her AS Profiling enterprise. Her practical experience led to this: She had noticed that, in many firms, leading professionals and managers were assigned to unsuitable positions and therefore could not develop according to their potential. She had noticed that the cause was often “gut feeling decisions“. Andrea Schmelzenbach-Schrijner was one of the first HR Consultants in Germany to recognize that there was a real need to establish a more objective and scientific recruiting and placement process, based on IT-supported job-fit diagnostics.
